Is there really no monthly fee, ever?
Correct. The price you pay at checkout covers the device and lifetime 4G data. No subscription, no activation fee, no renewal. We make money on hardware — not on you forgetting to cancel.
How does it work without a subscription?
Every tracker ships with a built-in 4G SIM and prepaid data baked into the device cost. We've already paid the carriers, so you don't have to. As long as the device is alive, it tracks.
What if I move countries?
It still works. Moto Watchdog operates in 170+ countries with no SIM swap, no roaming setup, and no extra fees. Plug it in wherever you land.
How accurate is the tracking?
Real-time GPS accurate to roughly 5 meters in open conditions. The app updates every few seconds while in motion and every few minutes when parked to save power.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. The OBD plugs in like a USB stick (10 seconds). The Magnetic snaps on anywhere metal (no install). The Hardwire is a three-wire connection — most riders DIY it in under 20 minutes.
Do you sell or share my data?
Never. We don't sell or share any data with third parties — including insurance companies or advertisers. Your location data belongs to you, full stop.
